Sinopsis
In 2025, five years have passed since the Tokyo Olympics were canceled after a deadly terrorist attack. An international school managed by the United Nations now stands at the former Olympic site on the edge of Tokyo Bay. Seven teenagers with special abilities, known as "Flowers", are one of the students.

Tahun 2025. Lima tahun telah berlalu semenjak Olimpiade Tokyo dibatalkan sehabis serangan teroris mematikan. Sebuah sekolah internasional yang dikelola oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa kini bangun di bekas lokasi Olimpiade di tepi Teluk Tokyo.
